A rustic town in the northern Sharon, west of Or Akiva. Named after nearby historic Caesarea, which is just west of it. Caesarea was established in 1958 by the “Caesarea Fund,” under the initiatives of Baron Edmund Rothschild, who inherited the deed to the area lands from his grandfather Edmund. Initially, the “Caesarea Fund” built a Golf course, and an adjacent hotel, but it was not until 1962 that houses were constructed, and lots were offered for sale. Caesarea includes several luxury neighborhoods, which offer houses, luxury homes, and lots for sale. Rothschild Boulevard is home to the Ralli Arts Museum, which features a permanent collection of Latin American art. Caesarea also offers a commercial center, golf course, hotel, kindergartens, public services, and many green areas. Houses are magnificent, and mostly new, and they are available on lots anywhere from 500 Square meters to 6 dunam. The most popular neighborhoods are those facing the water and those facing the golf course.
