Itay Faitoh

Itai has been leading a private company specializing in management and organization of urban renewal projects for over a decade. Throughout the years, he has gained extensive experience managing 14 buildings in Districts 3 and 4 of Tel Aviv, and is intimately familiar with the city’s inner workings and real estate market. Additionally, Itai specializes in mediating between developers and investors, participating in several significant transactions in the city.
