Ganei Yehuda

Formerly a moshav (Agricultural Union) in the Sharon region and currently part of the town of Savyon, 4 km south of Petach Tikva. Its name is derived from the adjacent Yehuda burial site. It was founded in 1950 by Yachin Hakal Ltd. and originally called Ginot Yachin. Its first residents were immigrants from Poland, who were eventually joined by veteran Israeli families. Over the years, the settlement lost its agricultural character and, in 2003, became a part of Savyon. The moshav has estates of around 10 dunams, as well as auxiliary farms, most of which are 5 dunams. A neighborhood with units of approximately 600 square meters is attached to the moshav.
