Arsuf

This neighborhood of Houses in the Sharon region, just southwest of Kibbutz Shfaim, is located just 20 Km from Tel Aviv and 7 Km from Herzliyah. It is named after the historic Arsuf, whose ruins can still be seen from Tel Arshaf. In the 1930s, Jews bought lands in this area in order to build a village. In the early 1970s, several houses were constructed with a one-time permit, but in the 1990s the permit was renewed and construction began in earnest; homes, houses, and lots for sale are now available in Arsuf. The proximity to the beach has made Arsuf one of the most sought-after areas in Israel, in particular those properties that are seaside. The neighborhood offers about 80 lots, averaging 1.4 per lot, with a permit to build up to two floors on 22% of the lot.
